About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Grocery Bagging Associate. As a key member of our store team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Bag groceries for customers at checkout with a focus on efficiency and accuracy
  • Assist customers with loading bags into their vehicles
  • Perform basic shelf conditioning and maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Inform customers of grocery specials and promotions
  • Return merchandise to store shelves and gather bascarts
  • Assist with cleaning spills, collecting trash, and maintaining a safe and clean store environment
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends
