Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and direct the operations of our facilities, including plant operations, construction, and development of facilities.
  • Oversee the planning and directing of the successful operations of current and future real estate assets.
  • Ensure that departments operate within budget and in accordance with performance standards.
  • Manage the operations of building systems, including design layouts and project costing.
  • Enhance and maximize the value of our organization's assets.
  • Direct the development of cost estimates of labor, materials, and services used for planning, budgeting, and contracting.
  • Manage the portfolio of commercial and residential properties.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • At least 10 years' work experience in a related field, with 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Architect experience preferred.
  • Licensed architect preferred.
  • Current driver's license to travel between locations.
  • High level of analytical and organizational skills for planning and service delivery.
  • Ability to work with a high volume of issues/projects and produce a high level of mental/visual fatigue.
