Primary Responsibilities:
  • Customer Engagement:
    • Welcome customers as they arrive.
    • Deliver courteous and prompt service to all patrons.

  • Transaction Management:
    • Utilize cash registers, scanners, and payment terminals effectively.
    • Handle cash, checks, and credit transactions with accuracy.
    • Provide receipts, process refunds, and manage change for customers.
  • Sales Assistance:
    • Help customers with packaging their purchases and, if needed, assist them to their vehicles.
    • Promote ongoing sales, special offers, and loyalty programs to customers.
