Duties and Responsibilities

As a Senior DC Power Technician Lead at American Power Systems, LLC, you will be responsible for leading field operations, managing complex installations, ensuring safety compliance, and providing valuable mentorship to other technicians. You will install batteries and rectifier battery plants across all voltage levels, deliver installations that meet industry and customer specifications, and perform essential diagnostics, including load tests, voltage, and gravity readings.

You will also manage DC power plant upgrades and replacements, ensure smooth integration and minimal disruption, and maintain detailed records for accuracy and efficiency. Your exceptional communication and organizational skills will enable you to act as a customer's primary contact, handle inquiries, provide updates, and ensure customer satisfaction.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will possess a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, a safety-first mindset, and the ability to pass drug screens, background checks, and DOT medical exams. We offer a competitive salary of $35-$40 per hour, paid weekly on Fridays, and a range of benefits, including employee health insurance, basic life and AD&D insurance, and a 401(k) match and Safe Harbor Employer Contribution.
