Job Summary:

The Licensed Practical Nurse will provide high-quality nursing care to patients, working in collaboration with our medical staff to support the delivery of comprehensive primary and preventive health services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct patient interviews and maintain accurate medical records, including vital signs, health history, and medication information.
  • Perform in-house labs, collect specimens for outside labs, and ensure quality control in accordance with organizational protocols.
  • Complete and update assigned tasks and logs, and initiate follow-up as necessary.
  • Provide health teaching and education to patients, as directed by physicians or patient inquiries.
  • Collect data on patients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or provider.
Requirements:
  • Valid New York State LPN License
  • CPR Certification
  • Infection Control Certification
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Preferred: Vocational/Technical School or Diploma Program in Nursing
