Job Title: Paramedic - Rural Metro Fire

Rural Metro Fire is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Paramedic to join our team. As a Paramedic, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and transportation services in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess and provide patient care, including basic and advanced life support
  • Operate medical equipment and procedures, including defibrillators, EKG monitors, and oxygen therapy
  • Communicate effectively with dispatchers, patients, and other healthcare professionals
  • Document patient care and billing information accurately and efficiently
  • Collaborate with other emergency medical services personnel to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements:
  • Current state Paramedic License
  • Valid State Driver's License
  • BCLS, ACLS, PALS, or PEPP certification
  • Ability to lift, drag, and carry equipment and patients
  • Good physical stamina and endurance
