Job Summary: Silver Canyon Nurseries is seeking skilled Agricultural Laborers to join our team. As a key member of our horticultural team, you will be responsible for planting, pruning, nurturing, transplanting, and harvesting trees and plants in our nurseries and greenhouses.

Responsibilities:

  • Plant, prune, and nurture trees and plants in our nurseries and greenhouses
  • Transplant nursery stock into boxes and containers
  • Harvest trees and plants by hand and machinery
  • Work in a variety of weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold
  • Must have a minimum of 3 months' experience and be able to lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis

Work Environment: Our workers will be employed at one of our three requested work sites: the Southern Work Site, the Stanfield Work Site, or the 19th Avenue Work Site. You will work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions and must be able to adapt to changing weather patterns.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 months' experience in agricultural or horticultural work
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis
  • Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions
