We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Representative to join our team at Spencer Williams - State Farm Agent. As a key member of our agency, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying their needs, and providing tailored solutions to maximize value.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Work closely with our agent to establish and meet marketing goals, ensuring a strong work ethic and commitment to success
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our insurance products and industry trends to effectively communicate with clients and market our services
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relationships
Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in outside sales or inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals and quotas
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Property and Casualty license
