Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate customer needs and recommend products and services accordingly.
  • Drive sales growth for the store location, including making customer calls daily to increase sales opportunities.
  • Coordinate each customer ticket through to completion, fully and accurately following company policy and procedures.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to every customer.
  • Take accountability for the presentation of the property, including inside and outside the store.
  • Promote a culture of cooperation and collaboration among all team members.
  • Assist in the shop as necessary.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Prior retail sales or customer service experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Great organization and multi-tasking capabilities.
  • Strong work ethic, drive, and goal orientation.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability to work on Saturdays.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time without sitting and lift up to 75 pounds.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Authorization to work in the USA and be at least 18 years of age.
