Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Cage Cashier to join our team at TSG Developments Investments Inc. in an overnight shift capacity. As a Cage Cashier, you will be responsible for conducting high-volume cash and non-cash transactions with our guests and internal customers in a polite, accurate, and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process cash and non-cash transactions efficiently and accurately.
  • Maintain the integrity of the Cage operation through accurate transaction and balancing practices.
  • Adhere to department policies and procedures, as well as Title 31 requirements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive working relationship with guests and colleagues.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
  • Working knowledge of Windows computer and basic software applications.
  • At least 1 year of prior cash handling experience in a customer service position.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Professional Employee Occupational License.
