Senior Foreman

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Foreman to join our team at Penn Line Tree Service, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing field operations, ensuring the highest level of safety and quality, and leading a team of professionals to deliver exceptional results.

• Lead and manage a team of foremen and crew members to achieve operational excellence
• Develop and implement safety protocols to minimize risk and ensure a safe working environment
• Collaborate with the Area Manager to plan and manage resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, provide feedback, and address any concerns
• Communicate effectively with customers, employees, and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the tree industry, preferably in a supervisory role
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Excellent safety record and knowledge of industry safety standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in spreadsheet and word processing software
