Job Title: Janitorial Lead - Cleaning Services Manager

At Allied Universal Janitorial Services, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Janitorial Lead to join our team. As a Janitorial Lead, you will be responsible for supervising and training a team of janitors to ensure the highest level of cleanliness and customer satisfaction in our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and train a team of janitors to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of facilities.
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of one year of supervisory experience in a janitorial or cleaning services environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bilingual Spanish is preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
