Job Summary

OTTO Engineering is seeking a skilled Assembler 2nd Shift to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling a variety of parts and components with precision and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble parts and components using light bench equipment, simple hand and power tools, and assembly/test fixtures.
  • Perform simple adjustments and troubleshoot issues with assemblies.
  • Interpret routers, bill of materials, and portions of blueprints to build easy to medium assemblies.
  • Assist with other related duties as required or assigned.
Requirements:
  • No previous experience required.
  • Able to lift up to 30 lbs.
  • Basic communication skills.
  • Ability to differentiate between colors on certain jobs.
