Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Aerotek. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing and facility equipment.

Your primary duties will include:

  • Performing routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical and hydraulic equipment
  • Troubleshooting and resolving electrical issues, including 480v and 3-phase motors
  • Running wire and rewiring circuits as needed
  • Replacing faulty parts and maintaining equipment to prevent downtime
  • Collaborating with our team to identify and implement process improvements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong mechanical and electrical skills, with experience in hydraulics and 3-phase systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
