Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Aerotek. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing and facility equipment.
Your primary duties will include:
- Performing routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical and hydraulic equipment
- Troubleshooting and resolving electrical issues, including 480v and 3-phase motors
- Running wire and rewiring circuits as needed
- Replacing faulty parts and maintaining equipment to prevent downtime
- Collaborating with our team to identify and implement process improvements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong mechanical and electrical skills, with experience in hydraulics and 3-phase systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication and documentation skills
