Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop innovative and effective solutions to complex engineering problems.
  • Collaborate with a team of engineers, architects, and construction professionals to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Conduct site inspections and surveys to assess the condition of bridges and other structures, and to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for clients, stakeholders, and senior management.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and technologies in civil/structural engineering, and apply this knowledge to your work.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience as a civil/structural engineer, with a focus on bridge design and construction.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree or Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred.
  • Proficiency in the use of engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other design and analysis tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative and effective solutions to complex engineering problems.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex engineering concepts to clients, stakeholders, and non-technical team members.
  • The ability to work effectively in a team, and to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • A strong commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
