Welder Specialist

Delta Star Inc, a leading manufacturer of medium-power transformers and mobile transformer substations, is seeking a skilled Welder to join our team. The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year.

Our ideal candidate has strong technical skills and experience in welding metal parts together using various processes. They must be able to read blueprints, layout, and weld assigned components to specification. Additionally, they should be able to operate overhead cranes, thermal cutting equipment, and grinding tools under the direction of higher-level welders.

• Assist higher-level welders as needed.
• Read blueprints, layout, and weld assigned components to specification.
• Operate overhead cranes under the direction of higher-level welders.
• Perform related tasks such as thermal cutting and grinding.
• Complete all DIRS and necessary paperwork under the direction of higher-level welders.
