Key Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in development programs and a solid understanding of Lean manufacturing principles
  • Strong interpersonal skills, a track record of process improvement, and the ability to lead teams effectively
  • U.S. citizenship and security clearance are mandatory
Preferred Skills:
  • Degree in Engineering, familiarity with complex products, and experience with MFC programs
  • Lean/Six Sigma Certification, knowledge of design for manufacturing/assembly, and strong technical presentation abilities
  • Experience with manufacturing automation, simulation tools, and advanced manufacturing concepts
