About Us:

We are proud to introduce our latest concept, Wolf River Brisket Co., inspired by cooking techniques from Texas to South Carolina. Our menu highlights house-smoked meats, including signature Prime beef brisket, chicken, and salmon. With the bar as a focal point of the full-service dining room, WRB is also the go-to place for expertly balanced cocktails or local beers on tap.

The Role:

We are looking for passionate individuals to join our team as bartenders. As a bartender at Wolf River Brisket Co., you will be responsible for executing our drink menu to spec and creating an enjoyable environment for all guests.

Responsibilities:

• Explaining our menu and offering recommendations to guests
• Executing the drink menu with consistency and accuracy
• Navigating our Point of Sale system
• Entertaining and engaging guests
• Maintaining a safe and pristine environment
• Building positive relationships with our guests
