Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patients and collect and document their current health status and medical history
• Act as infection control champion and perform direct and indirect patient care
• Maintain documentation of nursing shift progress notes, lab slips, and related nursing procedures
• Participate in and assist with the initial treatment plan and the treatment planning process
• Communicate with members of the treatment team information related to the client's medical care and behavior

Requirements:

• Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing (Registered Nurse)
• Current registration with PA State Board of Examiners
• Minimum of three years of medical/surgical experience
• Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and aging population preferred
