We are a locally owned and operated clinic dedicated to providing high-quality mental health care to our community. Our team is passionate about improving and expanding access to quality mental health services, and we are seeking a skilled Couples/Marriage Therapist to join our team.
Job SummaryWe are seeking a licensed Couples/Marriage Therapist to provide fun, positive, and results-driven therapy to a diverse clientele. The ideal candidate will have experience working with couples and a passion for improving relationships. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, with a focus on autonomy, flexibility, creativity, authenticity, humor, compassion, acceptance, and determination.
Responsibilities- Evaluate mental health diagnoses and implement treatment plans.
- Maintain updated documentation using company platforms and EHR.
- Conduct a minimum of 25 client sessions per week to a diverse population of clients.
- Collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community.
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals.
- Care coordination for assigned clients to ensure continuity of care.
- Participate in clinical staff meetings, trainings, supervision, and community outreach.
- Engage in community involvement and outreach.
- A master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university.
- Full clinical licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT).
- Experience completing intake assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients.
- Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner.
- Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base.
- Ideal candidates will have a general knowledge of community resources and insurance billing.
- General knowledge of Apple products, EHR (Valant is a plus), Telehealth, and other software platforms.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- A competitive compensation package, including commission.

- 40+ CEUs annually through our Therapist Thrival Guide Library.
- A salary range of $55,000-$113,000+ per year.
