Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Lab Assistant to join our team at Ogden Clinic. As a key member of our laboratory staff, you will be responsible for collecting blood and other laboratory specimens, logging specimens, preparing samples for testing, and analyzing specimens that require CLIA waived and moderate complexity testing.

Salary Information: Our competitive pay starts at $15.75+ hourly with the potential of higher starting pay based on experience, certified starting at $16.50, and non-certified starting at $15.75. In addition, we offer an annual performance/merit increase program that offers up to a 5% pay increase.

Job Description: The successful candidate will work under the direct supervision of the Laboratory Manager to collect blood and other laboratory specimens, log specimens, prepare samples for testing, and analyze specimens that require CLIA waived and moderate complexity testing. To be eligible for this position, candidates must possess one of the following certifications: CLA/MLA and/or MLT or Phlebotomy or MA certificate with blood draw experience. Additionally, a high school diploma/GED is required.
