The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be patient and understanding, and be able to work effectively with individuals with varying abilities. A minimum of 1 year of experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities or mental illnesses is preferred, along with CPR/First Aid, CPI, and DSP 1 certification.
