Job Title: Clinical Social Worker

Thriveworks is a clinician-founded national private practice group with locations in 48 states. We are currently seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in West Des Moines, Iowa.

Job Summary:

We are looking for highly skilled and motivated Licensed Clinicians to join our team in West Des Moines. As a Clinical Social Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality mental health services to our clients. Responsibilities:
  • Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions to clients
  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development
Requirements:
  • Must be fully and independently licensed as a LCSW in Iowa
  • Must be licensed and living in the state in which they will be practicing
  • Must be able to see a minimum of 25 sessions per week
  • Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
