Procurement Strategist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Supervisor to join our team at Addison Group. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives and process improvements to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies to achieve business objectives and drive cost savings.
• Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements, leveraging industry best practices and benchmarking.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Drive business results through data-driven decision making, using tools such as JDA, JDE, OBIEE, Tableau, and PowerBI.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners, including clients and industry experts.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record of influencing, leading, and driving solutions across multiple functional areas.
• Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Project management experience, with a focus on process design, technology, and commercial interfaces.
• Demonstrated experience in change enablement and gap analysis.
