GardaWorld is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Officer to join our team in Little Rock, AR. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their assets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Observe and survey the assigned location to identify potential security risks and take proactive measures to mitigate them.
  • Provide rapid response in critical situations, such as incidents or emergencies.
  • Conduct thorough investigations and gather evidence to support incident reports.
  • Enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards to ensure compliance and maintain a secure environment.
  • Monitor security cameras and log materials entering and exiting the facility.
  • Check in deliveries and semi-trucks, and ensure that all goods are properly accounted for.
  • Direct visitors and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
Requirements:
  • 6 months of security experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to interact with clients in a professional manner.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods of time.
  • Microsoft Office experience and proficiency in Lenel Access Control systems are a plus.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive hourly starting rate of $15.00.
  • Monday to Friday schedule, with shifts from 1:00 pm to 7:30 pm.
