  • Efficiency Recommendations: Offer insights and solutions to enhance facility operations, including potential upselling opportunities.
Qualifications

Applicants should possess a vocational school four-year program or an Associate degree in electronics, mechanical systems, computer technology, air conditioning, or a related field, coupled with three years of industry experience or one year of experience in servicing electronic and/or mechanical systems within the HVAC sector.

Essential knowledge includes HVAC control systems, facilities management systems, site preparation, and peripheral equipment installation and servicing techniques. Strong leadership skills are required to support Mechanics working on non-complex, non-critical Building Automation equipment.

Proficiency in PC usage and the ability to program HVAC-related software are mandatory.
