Key Responsibilities- Assists in the repair and maintenance of electrical systems, HVAC systems, sewers, and infrastructure.
- Installs and maintains building signs and ensures proper safety precautions are taken.
- Operates and maintains specialized vehicles, tools, and equipment.
- Requests quotes and bids for materials and services.
- Two years of building maintenance and construction experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Certification from The National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER) in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, or painting is preferred.
- Valid Texas Driver's License required.
