Job Summary:

At RADIANT, we are seeking a skilled Assembly and Equipment Technician to join our team. As an Assembly and Equipment Technician, you will be responsible for assembling and testing Artificial Lift products under strict supervision. Your key responsibilities will include reviewing work orders, acquiring parts for new product assembly, and coordinating with manufacturing as necessary. You will also acquire basic knowledge of materials, components, and their application, as well as document test procedures, data, observations, and results. Additionally, you will incorporate Reliability, HSE, and Quality analysis techniques in all job processes. This is an entry-level position, and no experience is required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble and test Artificial Lift products
  • Review work orders and acquire parts for new product assembly
  • Coordinate with manufacturing as necessary
  • Acquire basic knowledge of materials, components, and their application
  • Document test procedures, data, observations, and results
  • Incorporate Reliability, HSE, and Quality analysis techniques in all job processes
