Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our rapidly growing engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CNC programming and experience with Mastercam software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop efficient CNC programs for custom and complex parts
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives through designing CAM templates, writing work instructions, and optimizing CAM programs
  • Troubleshoot production issues and interface with Quality, Maintenance, and Production teams to optimize manufacturability
  • Implement GD&T in the manufacturing process
  • Communicate effectively with operators, engineers, and team leaders

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but relevant manufacturing experience can be considered
  • Strong background in Mastercam programming
  • Open to learn and collaborate with multiple teams on-site
  • Attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality work and meeting deadlines
What's on Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000, depending on experience, as well as comprehensive health benefits, 401k match, and 3 weeks PTO and 9 company holidays.
