At Cambridge Health Alliance, we are seeking a Supportive Care Associate - Nursing Assistant to join our team. This part-time position will work at CHA Everett Hospital, supporting the care of patients in the Psych Lewis 2 department.

About the Role

This role is ideal for individuals who have a passion for delivering exceptional patient care and are looking for a flexible, part-time opportunity.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting nursing staff with daily patient care activities, including vital sign checks, medication administration, and providing emotional support to patients and families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist nursing staff with daily patient care activities
  • Take vital signs and document patient information
  • Administer medications as directed by nursing staff
  • Provide emotional support to patients and families
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent
  • AHA or ARC BLS Healthcare Provider certification
  • Experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in a supportive care role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 per year, plus benefits, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement savings plan.

This is a part-time position, working 8 hours per week, with opportunities for additional hours based on hospital needs.
