We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Chiropractic Assistant to join our team at Kaizo Health. As a Chiropractic Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our doctors in delivering high-quality healthcare services.

• Assist doctors with patient care, including physical therapy modalities and rehab exercises
• Perform various administrative, marketing, and sales tasks as assigned
• Greet patients and visitors in a professional manner
• Teach and monitor patients performing rehab exercises and teach home exercises
• Accurately and efficiently enter data into our system
• Work with our front desk staff to optimize patient satisfaction
• Disinfect and maintain treatment rooms and equipment
• Perform front desk responsibilities, including answering phones and taking messages
• Participate in clinical research, collecting and completing forms with patient data

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Degree
• Previous experience preferred, but not required
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
