Job Summary

Kaiser Permanente-Washington Permanente Medical Group is seeking an hourly locum Optometrist to join our Riverfront Medical Center team in Spokane, Washington.

Our Optometrists provide full-scope eye care in a multi-disciplinary setting, including:

  • The diagnosis and management of visual function, including contact lenses and specialty contact lenses.
  • The diagnosis and management of conditions affecting ocular health, including ophthalmic manifestations of systemic disease and medications.
  • Comanagement of ocular disease and postoperative care with Ophthalmology.

We have a full-service Optical dispensary and Epic electronic medical records at all practice locations.

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly rate range for this position is $72.72 to $81.17 per hour.

Placement of new hires will be in the range of $72.72 to $76.95 based on factors such as education, training, or experience.

Benefits include:

  • Full malpractice indemnification (including tail coverage).
  • 401(k) and employer contributions to social security.
