We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Stars and Strikes. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service and creating a memorable experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify the age and identification of customers to ensure compliance with regulations
- Mix and serve a variety of traditional and creative cocktails to meet customer preferences
- Process payments and manage cash transactions with accuracy and efficiency
- Clean and maintain a clean and organized bar area, including glasses and utensils
- Build relationships with regular customers to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere
- Manage cash receipts and prepare deposits to maintain accurate financial records
- Open and maintain tabs throughout their shift to ensure seamless service
