Job Summary

This role will require the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on maintaining and repairing heavy equipment to ensure optimal efficiency and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on heavy equipment, including loaders, dozers, excavators, mixers, and other machinery.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with diesel/gas engines, hydraulic, electric, and power train systems.
  • Conduct welding and metal fabrication tasks as needed.
  • Keep accurate records of work performed and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Travel to various sites in the surrounding area and potentially out of town to work on equipment.
Requirements
  • 5 years of experience in diesel truck and mining equipment repair.
  • Basic welding and metal fabrication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license, with a Class A Driver License preferred.
  • Pass a DOT physical and drug test.
  • Ability to work assigned, overtime, weekends, and emergency shifts.
Compensation

$25.00-$40.00/Hr. D.O.E.
