Cardiology Physician Assistant or Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner

About the RoleThis is a full-time position that will support our Cardiology department. The successful candidate will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the advancement of our clinical programs.
Responsibilities- Provide patient care activities for a group of patients and their families through the application of independent judgment, communication, and collaboration with all team members.
- Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with physicians, other health care providers, patients, and their families, to achieve desired patient outcomes throughout the continuum of care.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical programs and services that meet the needs of our patients and community.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the advancement of our clinical programs.
- Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with a graduate degree from an accredited program.
- Current state RN license and CRNP certification or PA license certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
- Act 33, Act 34, and Act 73 clearances required.
- Ability to work productively and effectively within a complex environment.
- Good clinical judgment and critical thinking skills.
