About the Role

As an Associate Quality Assurance Analyst at Uline, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the exceptional online shopping experience for our customers. You will be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance/testing policies, processes, and procedures. This includes conducting manual testing of website defects and new enhancements, performing regression testing of site functionality as part of an SDLC, and tracking and reporting testing progress across multiple concurrent initiatives and releases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality assurance/testing policies, processes, and procedures.
  • Conduct manual testing of website defects and new enhancements.
  • Perform regression testing of site functionality as part of an SDLC.
  • Track and report testing progress across multiple concurrent initiatives and releases.
  • Interpret HTML and browser functionality in an eCommerce environment.
  • Coordinate testing across multiple web environments and websites for U.S., Canada, and Mexico markets.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Ability to coordinate test environments and test data for all planned test execution activities.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Access and Excel, with Adobe InDesign or Quark Express experience preferred.
  • Prior B2B/B2C eCommerce experience a plus.
