About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Operations Manager to join our team at Davis Wire. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our manufacturing equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Direct and coordinate the activities of maintenance personnel to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations.
  • Maintenance Planning and Scheduling: Develop and implement maintenance plans and schedules to minimize downtime and maximize equipment availability.
  • Equipment Maintenance and Repair: Oversee the maintenance and repair of manufacturing equipment, including electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
  • Facilities Maintenance: Ensure the maintenance and upkeep of company facilities, including buildings, grounds, and infrastructure.
  • Inventory Management: Manage the inventory of spare parts and materials to ensure adequate stock levels and minimize waste.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

  • Skills: Strong leadership and supervisory skills, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Certifications: Possession of relevant certifications, such as OSHA or EPA certifications.
