- Pre-Installation Preparation: Review scope of work with production team, prepare tools, gather materials, and load/unload equipment as needed.
- Inventory Management: Receive, verify, and stock incoming shipments and deliveries from outside vendors.
- Documentation and Communication: Send completion photos, communicate effectively with team members, and complete paperwork for billing purposes.
- Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
- Experience: Light construction, carpentry, fabrication, or previous sign and graphics experience.

- Team Player: Strong work ethic and ability to work collaboratively with team members.
- Mechanical Aptitude: Mechanically inclined with light carpentry skills, ability to take measurements, and knowledge of hand and power tools.

- Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and execute complete assignments in a timely manner.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift 50 pounds or more.
