Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Forensic Police Corporal to join our team at GeorgiaGov. As a key member of our law enforcement team, you will be responsible for maintaining the safety and security of our premises, facilities, and personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patrol premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates.
- Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against and maintain security of premises.
- Respond to fires, natural disasters, or other hazardous events, and take necessary actions to ensure the safety of personnel and property.
- Write reports of daily activities and irregularities, and maintain accurate records of incidents and events.
- Provide customer service and interact with the public in a professional and courteous manner.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous law enforcement experience and a valid Georgia driver's license.
- Peace Officer Certified or eligible.
- Customer service oriented, clerical, and admin skills a plus.
- Experience writing reports and maintaining accurate records.
