- Prepare orders and maintain inventory for the Pharmacy department, ensuring that medications are properly stocked and available for patient use.
- Prepare sterile and non-sterile compounds, adhering to strict quality control standards.
- Repackage bulk medications to ensure accurate labeling and packaging.
- Receive and store incoming supplies, maintaining a clean and organized storage area.
- Triage incoming calls and serve as a liaison between pharmacy, patient, and health professionals, providing accurate and timely information.
- Licensure/Certification/Registration: Pharmacy Tech credentialed from the Michigan Board of Pharmacy obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- Education: High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Technical degree required.
