The Southeastern Council on Alcoholism and Drug Dependence, Inc. is seeking a compassionate and experienced Clinical Manager to lead our new London Outpatient Program.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled professional to plan, develop, and coordinate the operation of this program. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing service provision, quality management, and utilization review in collaboration with the supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develops and implements service provision, quality management, and utilization review in collaboration with the supervisor.
  • Takes initiative for planning and providing quality services in accordance with applicable policies, procedures, and mandates of all regulatory agencies.
  • Provides clinical training to program staff to enhance skill level.
  • Responsible for the health, safety, and welfare of all clients, staff, and visitors.
  • Ensures safety guidelines are in place and communicated to the clients and staff.
  • Interviews clients, reviews records, and confers with other professionals to evaluate condition of client as needed.
  • Performs direct care services as needed to meet contractual obligations and budgetary performance expectations.
  • Supervises all programming staff of the assigned program.
Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in the Human Services Field.
  • Fully Licensed (LCSW, LMFT, LPC).
  • Bilingualism a Plus.
Benefits:
  • $3,500 SIGN ON BONUS for Full Time Clinicians (LCSW, LMFT, LPC).
  • $1,750.00 upon hire and $1,750.00 at the completion of 12 months of employment.
