Essential Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in Technology Infrastructure Engineering and Solutions, or equivalent experience through various avenues such as work, training, military service, or education.
  • At least 4 years of experience in data protection solutions.
  • 4+ years of experience in scripting and automation.
  • 4+ years of experience with storage technologies such as Rubrik, Cohesity, and Dell Data Domain.
  • 4+ years of experience with operating systems including Windows and Linux.
  • 4+ years of experience with hypervisors like VMware or Nutanix.
  • 4+ years of experience with databases, specifically in backup and protection of MS-SQL, Oracle, EDB Postgres, Neo4J, MongoDB, and Yugabyte.
  • 4+ years of networking experience, particularly in IP subnetting and firewall configurations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Bash, and PowerShell, with experience in API integration.
  • Advanced skills in scripting, particularly for automation purposes.
  • Deep understanding of infrastructure engineering technologies.
  • Ability to effectively resolve complex technical support challenges.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively on multiple projects.
  • Capacity to function effectively in a geographically dispersed team.
  • Customer-centric approach with a service-oriented mindset.
  • Proven analytical skills for troubleshooting complex system configurations.
  • Experience with Product Management and Scrum methodologies.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Experience with external key management and HSM solutions.
