Job Description

Salary: $67 per hour

This role is a great opportunity to work with a world-leading diagnostics and life sciences company in Tucson, AZ.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partnering with business and software development teams: Translate customer needs into technological solutions by working closely with stakeholders and using your technical expertise.
  • Strategic direction and project contributions: Apply your knowledge of technology and its creative applications to contribute to the company's strategic directions and projects.
  • Program Increment planning: Participate in PI planning with your team, refine and prioritize the backlog, and collaborate with Program Management and System Architects.
  • Team leadership and delivery: As a Technical Team Lead, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality features and user stories on behalf of the program.
  • Cross-functional team collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including Scrum Masters and System Architects, to introduce architectural enablers and maintain an architectural runway.
  • Quality and continuous improvement: Promote Quality First Time and continuously improve processes through Inspect and Adapt events.
