About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our interdisciplinary team at RehabCare, a leading provider of comprehensive physical medicine and rehabilitation programs. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our rehabilitation hospital.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform patient assessments and identify patient needs to develop effective care plans.
- Initiate appropriate nursing interventions to promote patient recovery and well-being.
- Provide individualized care to patients with diverse medical conditions, including stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and revise patient care plans.
- Conduct timely and accurate quality improvement assessments to ensure high-quality patient care.
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing, or Nursing Diploma program.
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
- CPR/BCLS certification; ACLS preferred.
- CRRN certification preferred.
- Minimum six months' experience in a medical/surgical setting, preferably in an acute care environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Per Diem Rate: $43 per hour.
