As a Room Care Specialist, you will contribute to the comfort and satisfaction of our guests by maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of guest accommodations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Thoroughly clean and sanitize all surfaces in guest rooms, following established brand standards.
  • Change bed linens, make beds, and replenish guest room amenities.
  • Maintain cleanliness in bathrooms, manage waste disposal, and adhere to eco-friendly practices.
  • Provide friendly assistance to guests encountered during your shift.
  • Efficiently clean multiple rooms each day while maintaining high standards.
  • Report any maintenance issues or missing items to the appropriate team.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across departments to support hotel objectives.

Qualifications:
While previous experience in cleaning or customer service is beneficial, it is not mandatory. Successful candidates will possess basic communication skills and be able to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving items up to 25 pounds. Availability to work on weekends and holidays is essential.

Compensation:
Competitive hourly wage starting at $17/hr.
