Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a thorough assessment and diagnosis of speech, voice, and language impairments.
  • Develop and implement individualized programs of therapy to meet students' needs and correct existing speech or language handicaps.
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers and other school staff members to implement therapy and provide suggestions for daily activities.
  • Provide information, support, and counseling to parents and families when appropriate.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
  • Certification as a Speech Therapist.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
