The Preiss Company is a leading provider of multifamily and student housing communities nationwide. As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • General Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and property structures to ensure a safe and comfortable living environment for residents.
  • Resident Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of resident units to identify and address any maintenance or repair issues.
  • Cleanliness and Appeal: Maintain the cleanliness and appeal of the property, including common areas and resident units.
  • Work Orders: Complete work orders in a timely and efficient manner to ensure minimal disruption to residents.
  • Unit Preparation: Prepare units for new occupancy, including cleaning and making necessary repairs.
  • Grounds-Keeping: Maintain the grounds and exterior of the property, including landscaping and snow removal.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year apartment or multi-housing maintenance experience required, with 2+ years preferred.
