Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team and contribute to our mission of excellence in healthcare. As a member of our Ortho Trauma Unit, you will provide leadership that facilitates the delivery of professional nursing care for the comfort and well-being of patients.
Responsibilities- Manage patient care on our 32-bed Orthopedic and Orthopedic Trauma Unit, specializing in total hip and knee replacements, elective shoulder surgeries, and traumatic orthopedic injuries.
- Administer IV antibiotics for joint infection patients and provide care for medical-surgical overflow cases.
- Utilize telemetry monitoring to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
- Maintain high standards of nursing care and adhere to hospital policies and procedures.

Requirements- Bachelor of Science in Nursing or enroll in a BSN or advanced degree program and obtain a BSN within 5 years of hire date into RN position.
