Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Structural Steel Fabricator to join our team at Heico Construction Group. As a Structural Steel Fabricator, you will be responsible for assembling metal components to create finished sheet or structural metal projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble metal components to create finished sheet or structural metal projects.
  • Use various tools such as jacks, pry bars, hammers, welding equipment, torches, and files or grinders for precise fitting.
  • Ensure all work is performed safely and in accordance with company safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and colleagues to ensure project success and exceed customer expectations.
Requirements
  • Regular lifting, carrying, standing, walking, stooping, reaching, grasping, and twisting.
  • Frequent climbing and kneeling.
  • Full range of vision abilities including acuity, depth perception, and field of vision.
  • Effective communication skills for interacting with supervisors and colleagues on safety and operational matters.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in structural steel fitting meeting or surpassing performance standards.
