Plumber Journeyman

We are seeking a skilled Plumber Journeyman to join our team at Williams & Rowe Inc. As a key member of our plumbing crew, you will be responsible for overseeing the completion of residential and commercial plumbing projects in the Lafayette, Louisiana area.

• Inspect, install, and repair plumbing fixtures to ensure high-quality workmanship.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts and repair plumbing systems with a focus on quality services.
• Promote teamwork and collaboration within the plumbing project crew.
• Maintain organization and ensure schedules are met to deliver projects on time.
• Provide support by managing labor hours, material costs, and change orders.
• Support a safe and clean work environment and follow company procedures.
• Perform all duties in conformance to appropriate safety and security standards.
• Uphold the mission and values established by Williams & Rowe Inc.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 5 years of plumbing experience.
• Knowledge of plumbing installation, maintenance, and repair skills.
• Ability to develop and implement planned maintenance programs.
• Ability to operate smartphone technology, hand tools, and power tools.
• Apply shop mathematics to solve problems.
• Able to read instructions and blueprints and follow safety procedures.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and travel independently.
• Must have a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Legally eligible to work in the US.
• Pre-employment background screening (criminal, drug screen, and DMV) is required for all positions.
